HAMMER’s Electrical Safety Training provides the essential skills that students need—at the level that individual students require—whether they are an electrical worker or nonelectrical worker. Hanford utilizes OSHA based requirements that are implemented through standardized electrical safety programs implemented with IBEW support. HAMMER is licensed by the state of Washington to provide continuing education for the renewal of electrical workers’ licenses.

HAMMER Electrical Safety Training provides:

  • Crucial hands-on training and demonstrations through field-realistic props
  • Real-life know-how from trainers who have extensive field experience
  • Relevance with the latest NEC and NFPA codes and standards
  • The best-in-class curriculum through two Site-wide committees and IBEW collaboration

HAMMER Hanford Training classes are available to DOE and DOE-affiliated entities including Hanford contractors and their subcontractors.
